I will teach you whatever you need to know regarding Massage & Bodywork drawing from a wide array of modalities including: Deep Tissue, Active Release, Craniosacral, Intra-oral Massage, Thai Massage, Bowspring Yoga, and Orthopedic Bodywork. You are always welcome to email me ahead of time to let me know if there is something specific you want to learn. Bring a notebook and plan to spend 10-20 minutes after class writing down all the techniques you learned so that you can practice. No videos. Please bring a model. You will receive a certificate for 2 hours CEUs at the end of class. This is for LMTs or whomever is interested!
