Take your Bodywork experience to whole new level with a Stretch Bodywork class! Your instructor will guide you through a flow of variety of active and passive stretches, tailored to your level of flexibility and strength. Each pose will be enhanced by a prop, whether that be a foam roller, strap, yoga block, massage gun, lacrosse ball, or a number of other unique and effective tools we have at the studio. If you’re the type of person that enjoys doing their self-care at home, this class is absolutely perfect for you. You’ll learn what poses work for you, what tools you need (or how you can substitute with what you have at home), and a multitude of other tips and tricks to support your practice. Please wear clothes like you would wear to a yoga class and be prepared to move!
