Late Arrivals Policy

Please note that clients arriving late will not have their appointment time extended, so as not impose upon another client’s appointment time. If you’re running more than 5 minutes late, it may be a good idea to call or text ahead and let us know that you’re on your way, but running late. You may have to leave a message, but rest assured that we will receive it.

Cancellation Policy

When you book an appointment, that appointment time is reserved for you. This means that your appointment slot is unavailable to other clients and the therapist has made a commitment to work with you at that time. Please value your therapist’s time and make every effort to keep your appointment. We have a generous cancellation policy: please let us know 12 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel. You may cancel for any reason (illness, schedule conflict, etc.), however, if you cancel after the 12 hour window, you will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
