Late Arrivals Policy

If you arrive late, your session must still end at the scheduled time to remain fair to the next client.

Cancellation Policy

I value your time and well-being as much as I value my own. To keep a fair and sustainable schedule for everyone, I kindly ask that you review the following policy:

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations or changes made with at least 24 hours notice are free.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.
• No-shows (missing the appointment without any notice) or Same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the session fee.

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling with at least 24 hours notice is free.
• Late rescheduling (less than 24 hours) will incur a 50% rescheduling fee (this fee is separate and does not apply toward the new appointment). The new appointment must be booked and paid at the full session rate.
• Same-day rescheduling will be charged 100% of the original session fee.

We understand that life happens. Genuine emergencies, illness, or unexpected events will be handled with care and flexibility, especially for my regular clients. I’m happy to work with you to find the best solution possible whenever I can.

Why this policy?
As a solo practitioner, my time and energy are fully committed to each client. When appointments are cancelled or changed with short notice, it directly impacts my ability to serve others and maintain balance in my own life. This policy helps protect the quality of care I offer while still being understanding and compassionate. By booking an appointment with me, you agree to these terms.
